L’ATELIER 4.0 (French for “THE WORKSHOP 4.0”) is intended for everyone who believes that, rather than a simple fountainhead of good ideas, entrepreneurship has become an alternative way of (professional) life.

ACTING AS A “TRAINING-PLANNER”

Entrepreneurs are naturally passionate and driven. They don’t need motivation or ideas; they need support. The lack of operational skills and isolation in the face of decision-making are the two pitfalls we wish to solve. Our mission is to enable every entrepreneur to draw his or her own path to success.

An original approach to supporting entrepreneurs and executives based on extensive experience in organisational coaching and in managing communication, marketing and change, in an international context.

My 27 years’ work in marketing & communication for multinational groups (Mars Inc, Sommer-Allibert, Royal-Canin) give me strong expertise in cross-cultural management, networking and the development of novel creative approaches.

Trained in Organisational Coaching at the prestigious French business school HEC Paris, I wished to combine my skills in a new way and to use them for business transformation projects. I see in all transformations the opportunity to produce new equilibria and develop new relationships. My ambition is to help everyone find their place within a fluid, open organisation. I coach in both French and English.

In 2017, I created a hybrid school, L’ATELIER 4.0. It provides individual and group training in marketing & communication for medium size, small and very small enterprises, skills transfers and support to entrepreneurial projects.

Based in Montpellier for the past fifteen or so years, I am frequently to be found in Paris. I’m passionate about literature, music and painting; I also volunteer at a kindergarten for the NGO “Lire et Faire lire” (“Read & Make Read”) and mentor students at La Sorbonne Paris and Abu Dhabi.
